Technical Program Manager

Summary

Owns delivery of identity and credentialing programs for government and enterprise clients, coordinating engineering teams and translating requirements into technical plans.

You own delivery of complex identity and credentialing programs across government and enterprise environments. You serve as the primary customer contact, translate requirements and contracts into technical plans, coordinate engineering and product teams, manage concurrent programs, lead governance and executive communications, and identify and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer programs
  • Build relationships with technical and executive stakeholders
  • Translate customer and policy requirements into delivery plans
  • Define epics, milestones, and delivery roadmaps
  • Participate in architecture and technical discussions
  • Interpret contracts and statements of work
  • Manage concurrent customer engagements
  • Lead customer meetings and governance cadences
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years in technical program management, implementation delivery, or systems-focused customer success
  • Technical fluency with APIs, cloud infrastructure, system architecture, and identity concepts
  • Experience operating in complex, ambiguous, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Understanding of software development and delivery
  • Ability to interpret contracts, SOWs, and technical requirements
  • Executive communication and relationship-building skills
  • Eligibility to pass a government background check
  • U.S. residence
