- Proven programme management experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
- Expert-level knowledge of IP networking.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in BGP, traffic engineering, and large-scale network design.
- Proven experience in data centre network infrastructure deployment, scaling, and maintenance.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and maintain high quality in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and develop productive relationships at all organisational levels.
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and manage ambiguity and competing priorities effectively.
- Lead infrastructure programmes to drive the deployment of AWS networking infrastructure across global data centres.
- Manage and coordinate multiple competing projects with teams including network engineering, deployment managers, and data centre technicians.
- Develop and manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project cycle.
- Work alongside engineers to devise creative solutions to complex challenges while keeping timelines and budgets in focus.
