Technical Project Implementation Manager

We’re looking for someone who can own and drive multiple complex technical projects. This is a highly customer facing role where you’ll need to bridge the gap between our customers ideas and engineering team capabilities to develop shipped product solutions.
You’ll operate in fast moving, sometimes ambiguous environments, pushing projects forward, solving problems, and making things happen.

What You’ll Do

• Work with our sales team to lead technical conversations with customers and define the project scope
• Partner closely with engineering and R&D team to design and deliver solutions that match customer’s needs
• Own timelines, execution, and delivery across multiple projects
• Proactively unblock issues and drive decisions
• Communicate clearly and often with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Respond to customers within 24 hours and build strong relationships
• Step up in high-stakes or unclear situations and lead from the front
• Travel to the U.S. at least twice a year for training and customer visits
