Summary
ams OSRAM is hiring a Technical Project Lead for IC Design in Premstaetten, Austria, to lead analog/mixed-signal and PMIC chip projects through requirement, risk, and change management up to successful silicon release, while generating new IP and patents. The role suits a senior engineer (8+ years) working at a principal technical level.
Who we are looking for
- Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- Typically 8+ years of experience in analog / mixed signal or PMIC IC-design ideally as a TPL
- Solid track record of successful silicon releases
- Disciplined in requirement-, risk- and change management
- Able to extract and formulate new IP and file patents
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex multidisciplinary problems
- Excellent communication skills and confidence operating at principal technical level
- Fluent English required; German is an advantage
