Role Summary

We are looking for a Technical Project Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of data engineering and analytics projects. The role involves leading teams, ensuring timely delivery, and working closely with global stakeholders.

Requirements

• ✔ 5+ years in Data Engineering / Analytics / BI projects
  
• ✔ Experience in team handling / technical project coordination
  
• ✔ Strong SQL + Data Warehousing + ETL experience
  
• ✔ Hands-on in Python / R / Java (any one)
  
• ✔ Experience with BI tools (Power BI / Tableau)
  
• ✔ Exposure to Agile delivery models
  
• ✔ Strong stakeholder communication (client-facing role)
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery (timelines, quality, outcomes).
  
• Manage and mentor technical teams
  
• Provide hands-on technical guidance
  
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders
  
• Handle planning, estimation, and risk management
  
• Drive process improvements and delivery excellence
  

Technical Skills

• SQL, Data Modeling, Data Warehousing
  
• ETL tools & data pipelines
  
• Python / R / Java
  
• BI Tools: Power BI / Tableau
  

Education

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field
