The Job

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Project Management to drive end-to-end delivery within our product squads. Reporting to the Technical Program Manager, you will be the delivery engine on the ground — owning sprint execution, managing dependencies, and ensuring engineering and product teams ship with velocity and quality.

What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day delivery across one or more squads: sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and release coordination
• Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers — escalating to the TPM when needed
• Maintain delivery artifacts: project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and milestone trackers
• Partner with Engineering Leads and Product Managers to align scope, timeline, and capacity
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering, product, QA, and business stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and delivery metrics (cycle time, velocity, defect rate)
• Support the TPM in program-level planning, roadmap alignment, and stakeholder reporting

Your Skills and Experience

What You Bring

• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a technical product or software delivery environment
• Hands-on experience running Agile/Scrum ceremonies and managing delivery in squad or pod structures
• Strong grasp of SDLC, release management, and technical dependency mapping
• Proficiency with delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, or equivalents)
• Ability to read technical context well enough to identify risks and ask the right questions — without needing to write code
• Clear, concise communicator who can flex between engineering detail and executive summary
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification is a plus
