Technical Project Manager – AI Infrastructure

As a Technical Project Manager, you will partner with the leading AI computing customers to develop next-generation liquid cooling and thermal solutions for AI accelerator platforms.

You'll be responsible for

• Drive customer technical requirements into product development and manufacturing execution.
• Lead cross-functional engineering discussions involving Mechanical, Thermal, EE, Manufacturing, Reliability, and Supply Chain teams.
• Coordinate engineering activities supporting AI server platforms, including prototype builds, engineering validation, qualification, and production ramp.
• Manage complex engineering changes while balancing customer expectations, technical feasibility, manufacturing readiness, and schedule.
• Work directly with global customer engineering teams to resolve design, manufacturing, and integration challenges.
