About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate Application Migration initiatives across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.

The professional will manage migration planning, technical dependencies, application security requirements, and execution activities, collaborating with multidisciplinary technical teams and international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Application Migration workstreams across enterprise environments.
• Develop and manage migration plans, waves, timelines, readiness criteria, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate technical assessments covering applications, infrastructure, databases, integrations, networking, identity, and security.
• Collaborate with Application Development, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Database, Networking, and Architecture teams.
• Oversee migration execution, cutover, validation, and post-migration stabilization.
• Ensure Application Security, DevOps, and DevSecOps requirements are addressed throughout migration activities.
• Manage technical blockers, stakeholder communication, status reporting, and program governance.
• Maintain migration documentation, trackers, and alignment with international stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Technical Project Management, Application Migration, Application Modernization, or Cloud Transformation.
• Proven experience coordinating application migrations across cloud, on-premises, or hybrid environments.
• Solid understanding of Application Architecture and dependencies involving infrastructure, databases, integrations, networking, identity, and security.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
• Experience or strong knowledge of Application Security, DevOps/DevSecOps, and CI/CD.
• Experience with Migration Planning, Technical Readiness, Cutover, and Post-Migration Stabilization.
• Strong Risk, Issue, and Dependency Management capabilities.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments and cross-functional Stakeholder Management.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Wealth/Asset Management, Insurance, or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of Terraform, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or ITIL.
• Certifications related to Azure, AWS, DevOps, or Security.
