Technical Project Manager (Banking & FinTech Sector)
The IT Technical Project Manager leads the overall implementation and delivery of end-to-end IT technical solutions within a dynamic banking, payments, and fintech environment. You will oversee multiple programs, align cross-functional technical teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure all deliverables meet strict quality, timeline, and cost requirements.
Requirements
Technical Requirements:
+6 years of total experience as a Software Delivery, Technical Project Manager or Technical Delivery Lead role.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or MBAs are an advantage.
In-depth understanding of modern SDLC, microservices architectures, web services (RESTful/SOAP APIs), and relational/non-relational databases.
Practical mastery of Agile/Scrum and Hybrid frameworks, sprint cadence management, capacity planning, backlog refinement, and release burndown tracking.
Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) information security, or cloud solutions are highly beneficial.
Solid technical understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP web services,
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps for sprint planning, backlog refinement, defect tracking, and release burndown metrics.
