Technical Project Manager

Main Duties
  • Prepare and maintain project timelines, delivery plans, and sprint plans.
  • Organize and lead project meetings with internal teams, clients, vendors, and management.
  • Collect, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Break down requirements into actionable tasks for development and QA teams.
  • Follow up on task progress, blockers, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
  • Coordinate testing phases, bug tracking, issue prioritization, and release readiness.
  • Prepare regular project status updates and management reports.
  • Ensure that project documentation remains accurate and up to date.
  • Support change request evaluation, impact analysis, and scope control.
  • Coordinate communication between product, engineering, QA, support, and business teams.
  • Assist in defining delivery KPIs, team performance indicators, and process improvements.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, technical project coordination, product delivery, or a similar role.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
  • Previous experience working with software development teams.
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and release management.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
