- Prepare and maintain project timelines, delivery plans, and sprint plans.
- Organize and lead project meetings with internal teams, clients, vendors, and management.
- Collect, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Break down requirements into actionable tasks for development and QA teams.
- Follow up on task progress, blockers, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate testing phases, bug tracking, issue prioritization, and release readiness.
- Prepare regular project status updates and management reports.
- Ensure that project documentation remains accurate and up to date.
- Support change request evaluation, impact analysis, and scope control.
- Coordinate communication between product, engineering, QA, support, and business teams.
- Assist in defining delivery KPIs, team performance indicators, and process improvements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project management, technical project coordination, product delivery, or a similar role.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
- Previous experience working with software development teams.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and release management.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Experience with project management and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
