About the role
We are looking for a driven, structured, and technically adept Technical Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of modern CMS implementations and AI-powered software applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business objectives, complex technical architectures, and client expectations. You will manage scope, timelines, resources, and client communications while actively contributing to high-level technical solutioning, technical documentation, and LLM/AI integration strategy.
Key responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects across CMS platforms (e.g., AEM, Sitecore, Directus, Contentful) and AI application workflows.
Create detailed project plans, roadmaps, sprint schedules, and resource allocation models using agile/scrum methodologies.
Track project progress, budget utilisation, risks, and dependencies, making proactive adjustments to ensure on-time delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal executive stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular project status updates, steering committee meetings, and sprint reviews, translating complex technical challenges into clear business language.
Manage scope change requests, setting clear expectations while defending project boundaries and deliverables.
Partner with tech leads, and engineers to define technical scope, system architecture, and API integration flows.
Oversee the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, RAG pipelines, and AI coding assistants/agents into CMS platforms and custom web applications.
Author and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), System Architecture Diagrams, API mapping docs, and user training guides.
Provide timely and effective reports to management team
About you
3–4 years of proven hands-on experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master leading web development, CMS implementations, and software engineering projects.
Direct experience delivering enterprise or enterprise CMS solutions (both traditional and headless architectures).
Practical understanding of AI software development concepts—including prompt engineering, LLM API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI coding tools.
Ability to write technical documentation, map data models/APIs, and converse fluently with full-stack engineers and ML developers.
Demonstrated success managing external client relationships, navigating stakeholder conflicts, and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams (designers, developers, QA).
Experience with project management and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Notion, or Azure DevOps.
