Technical Project Manager, Corporate Systems

Discussion

Funnel Leasing Inc., is hiring for a Technical Project Manager, Corporate Systems. The Technical Project Manager, Corporate Systems is responsible for delivering the technology projects that keep Funnel’s business teams running efficiently. This role is deliberately hybrid and requires employees to work from the company’s Headquarters office in Odessa, Florida a minimum of one day per week. This person will run projects end to end and also serve as the hands-on technical resource who configures, integrates, and administers the corporate systems those projects depend on. Rather than gathering requirements and handing implementation to someone else, the Technical Project Manager owns the outcome, from discovery through configuration, testing, launch, documentation, and adoption.

Project work spans the organization and covers corporate and internal systems, with a strong emphasis on making those systems work together through native integrations, automation platforms, and vendor APIs. This role partners closely with the IT Manager on prioritization, technical standards, security, and compliance. The salary range for this role is $115,000–$135,000 per year.

  • Automate manual and repetitive business processes, including employee onboarding and offboarding workflows and account provisioning and deprovisioning in coordination with identity and endpoint management systems.
  • Connect corporate systems to the reporting layer and build operational dashboards and reporting that business owners can rely on and maintain.
  • Translate business requirements into system requirements, solution designs, and configuration plans, and run discovery and design sessions with stakeholders.
  • Maintain a clear intake and prioritization process for corporate project requests, and provide regular status reporting and visibility into the corporate project portfolio.
  • Evaluate technology options and recommend solutions to the IT Manager and business stakeholders, including requirements definition, vendor demos, proof of concept work, and a documented comparison of alternatives.
  • Ensure changes to corporate systems follow established change management, access control, and audit requirements (SOC 2), and produce the documentation and evidence those controls require.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, integration diagrams, runbooks, and administrator and end-user training materials so that solutions remain supportable after launch.
  • Provide escalated technical support for the corporate systems and integrations this role implements, and partner with the IT Manager on day-to-day support coverage.

  • 3-5 years of experience in business systems, IT project management, systems administration, solutions engineering, or a similar role, ideally at a SaaS or technology company.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering system implementations or integration projects end to end while serving as both the project manager and the hands-on implementer.
  • Hands-on configuration and administration experience with corporate SaaS platforms; experience with systems such as Salesforce, Jira, Notion, Rippling, and Looker is preferred.
  • Experience building integrations between business systems using native connectors, integration and automation platforms, REST APIs, webhooks, or file-based data transfers.
  • Working knowledge of identity and access management concepts, including SSO, role-based access, and least-privilege provisioning.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to run multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and unclear requirements.
  • Excellent written communication and documentation habits; this role is expected to leave behind documentation that others can operate from.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Self-starter mindset, with attention to detail and a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” for hands-on configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Track record of building trust with business stakeholders and fostering a collaborative, service-oriented culture.
  • Light scripting and data skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL) used to build, debug, or maintain integrations and reporting are a nice to have.
  • Experience operating in a compliance-focused environment (SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar), including change management and audit evidence practices, is a nice to have.
  • Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), CAPM, Scrum, ITIL, or platform administrator certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) are a plus, but not required.
