Technical Project Manager (Data Integration & MDM)

Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager / LeadMember with strong experience in Data Integration, ETL, MDM, Agile delivery, and PMO. The candidate should be able to manage technicalprojects, understand data dependencies, prevent delivery delays, andeffectively bridge Business and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical/data integration projects andmonitor progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and recovery plans.
• Manage Data Integration, ETL, APIs,Middleware, and MDM initiatives.
• Coordinate Agile/Scrum delivery, sprintactivities, data mapping, UAT, and data quality validation.
• Control project scope and manage MVP boundariesto prevent scope creep.
• Manage Issue / Risk / IoDo logs andconduct regular stakeholder reviews.
• Create project governance rules, standards, andtemplates.
• Facilitate workshops during the pre-study phase.
• Bridge Business and IT and communicatetechnical issues and business impacts.
• Lead cross-functional teams including DataArchitects, Integration Developers, and Data Governance Officers.

Must-Have

• Technical Project Management / PMOexperience.
• Data Integration & ETL project experience.
• Knowledge of MDM: deduplication,survivorship rules, golden records, and data governance.
• Agile / Scrum delivery experience.
• UAT, data mapping, and data quality coordinationexperience.
• Strong stakeholder and cross-functional teammanagement skills.
