Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing cross-functional teams, stakeholder communication, project governance, risk management, and Agile delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology projects.
- Coordinate with business, engineering, architecture, and QA teams.
- Drive project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum and project management best practices.
Requirements
Required Skills
- 10-12 years of IT experience with 5+ years in project/program management.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience managing cloud, application development, or data transformation projects.
- Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, Jira, and project governance frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred.
