We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in ENOVIA PLM solutions, AI/ML initiatives, and technical project delivery. The ideal candidate will oversee PLM AI projects from initial scoping and planning through development, deployment, and launch.
This individual will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, PLM teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to deliver AI/ML solutions within the ENOVIA PLM environment. The role requires a combination of technical understanding, project/program management expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage risks related to data, model performance, infrastructure, and compliance.
- Lead PLM AI/ML initiatives from inception through deployment and launch, including project scoping, planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.
- Coordinate and guide technical teams, including data scientists, engineers, PLM developers, and cloud teams.
- Support the development of AI/ML models, data pipelines, and deployment strategies within the ENOVIA PLM environment.
- Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and technical issues.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, data science principles, and the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle.
- Support and oversee activities related to data preparation, model training, evaluation, validation, deployment, and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Identify and proactively address risks related to data quality, model performance, infrastructure constraints, and solution scalability.
- Provide strong technical and solution expertise in ENOVIA PLM development and solutions.
- Support the integration of AI/ML capabilities within PLM applications and workflows.
- Utilize project and collaboration tools including JIRA, Confluence, and Git.
- Work with cloud-based deployment environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Work effectively with business teams, technical teams, leadership, and external vendors.
- Influence cross-functional teams and drive project decisions without direct reporting authority.
- Provide clear communication on project status, risks, dependencies, and technical challenges.
- Ensure AI/ML solutions follow appropriate ethical, transparency, fairness, and data privacy requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to data, infrastructure, model performance, and implementation.
- Support the establishment of appropriate governance and compliance guardrails throughout the AI/ML solution lifecycle.
- 7+ years of experience in ENOVIA PLM development, implementation, or solution delivery.
- 2+ years of experience supporting or delivering AI/ML or data science projects and solutions.
- 2+ years of project or program management experience, specifically delivering technical solutions involving AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Strong understanding of the Machine Learning Lifecycle, including data preparation, model development, training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Experience coordinating technical teams, including software engineers, data engineers, data scientists, and PLM developers.
- Strong understanding and hands-on solution experience with ENOVIA PLM.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Git.
- Experience working with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong skills in project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience integrating AI/ML solutions into PLM applications and enterprise environments.
- Experience with cloud-based AI/ML deployment and data pipelines.
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI governance, data privacy, fairness, and model transparency.
- Experience managing external vendors and technology partners.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other technical project delivery methodologies.
