Technical Project Manager
Summary
Technical Project Manager overseeing software delivery projects with a security/DevSecOps angle: runs Agile (Scrum/Kanban) processes in Jira and Confluence, manages stakeholders, and handles risk and compliance while collaborating with development teams. Permanent hybrid role in Krakow (8 office days/month), paid hourly in PLN.
We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager with proven expertise in managing software projects, especially in the field of software security related to DevSecOps. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a thorough understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and possess hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence. A successful candidate will excel in stakeholder management, risk, and compliance management, and have substantial experience collaborating with software development teams.

Budget: 150-170 zł/h
Project Length: permanent position
Work model: hybrid (8 times per month work from office Cracow)
Main Responsibilities:
Practice Agile methodology, including Scrum & Kanban
Utilize Jira and Confluence effectively
Manage stakeholder relationships
Oversee risk and compliance management
Collaborate with software development teams
Plan and oversee software delivery processes
Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills
Work independently and manage self-driven tasks
Key Requirements:
Practical experience with Agile methodologies
Hands-on proficiency in Jira and Confluence
Effective stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of risk and compliance management
Experience working with software development teams
