Responsibilities

For a project delivered for an international client in the automotive sector, we are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of a complex enterprise web application.

The role requires end-to-end project management experience combined with an understanding of application architecture, integrations, requirements engineering and software delivery.

• Lead the application project end-to-end, covering scope, planning, timelines, resources, quality and delivery.

• Collect, analyse, prioritise and maintain functional and non-functional requirements.

• Coordinate business teams, developers, architects, testers, operations teams and external partners.

• Facilitate workshops, align stakeholders and support timely decision-making.

• Manage project scope, change requests, risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.

• Maintain project documentation and prepare KPI reports, presentations and steering committee materials.

• Coordinate testing, acceptance, release, deployment and operational handover activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex enterprise application projects end-to-end.

• Good understanding of application architecture, integrations, APIs, databases, infrastructure and cloud services.

• Experience in requirements engineering and business-process analysis.

• Experience managing scope, schedules, risks, quality, resources and external suppliers.

• Experience coordinating testing, releases, deployments and operational handovers.

• Strong stakeholder-management, workshop-facilitation, negotiation and communication skills.

• Very good English and Polish. Experience in automotive, e-commerce or product configurators is an advantage.
