Role Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Product & Project Manager to bridge the gap between our business vision and software engineering team. The ideal candidate will balance technical depth with administrative proficiency to manage our product lifecycle, lead Agile workflows, and deliver high-quality software releases.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Agile sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog prioritization, and delivery tracking using Jira.
Translate business goals and client feedback into detailed PRDs, user stories, and clear technical specifications.
Work closely with backend/frontend developers (Python & React) to ensure smooth integration, timely releases, and feature compliance.
Monitor project milestones, manage technical dependencies, and communicate timelines effectively with management.
Oversee QA testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to guarantee production-ready deployments.
Skills
Core Competencies: Agile / Scrum Methodologies, Product Lifecycle Management, Backlog Prioritization, User Story Writing, Technical Documentation.
Technical Familiarity: Solid understanding of Python, FastAPI/Django, React/Next.js, RESTful APIs, and basic software architecture.
Tools & Software: Jira, Confluence, Git, Postman, and Project Management Tools.
Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience: 3+ years in IT Project Coordination, Technical Project Management, or Business Analysis in software development environments.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, stakeholder management, and excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
