Technical Project Manager (Full Stack Development, $65-70K)
Summary
Technical Project Manager in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong, overseeing full-stack application projects: requirements definition, documentation, testing, database design, vendor and team management, and delivery of web and client/server systems. Requires 6+ years IT experience, PMP certification, and skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MSSQL, Kubernetes and VMware.
Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 per month
Key responsibilities:
Carry out user requirement definition, documentation, report generation, testing, and maintenance of application systems
Perform application related documentation, testing, user training, data conversion, system migration, SRAA, maintenance and enhancement for Intranet/Internet, client/server systems, and web application systems
Perform database design, performance tuning, system administration and maintenance
Administrate, monitor and provide services for application software systems
Evaluate and inspect/review hardware, software, and prepare technical proposals of IT equipment and services
Provide application and system support services such as liaison with users and vendors, testing, monitoring, repairing, recovering application systems
Design and prepare operation procedures, drill plans, contingency plans, technical reports
Ensure project deliverables submitted by the contractor to be on time and meet quality standard
Manage the team members including System Analyst and Analyst Programmer
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information technology, or a related field
At least 6 years or above relevant IT working experience in project management, user and vendor management, business analysis, system analysis and design, system development, testing, configuration, customization, deployment and administration of application software systems
Knowledge and solid experience on user and vendor management
Knowledge/experience of security risk assessment and audit
Solid experience on project management, with Project Management Professional Certification
Working experience and skill sets: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, MSSQL, SCCM, Kubernetes, webservice and virtualisation software such as VMware
Knowledge and experience in Cloud Computing
Creative, analytical, self-initiative, responsible and well-organized
Good leadership, planning, organization, communication and interpersonal skills
