Technical Project Manager - In-house / Front-End
Summary
Technical project manager and hands-on front-end engineer leading vendor coordination, Agile sprints, and full-stack development with React/Vue, Astro, Node.js, and TypeScript.
Responsibilities:
- Work with 3 rd party vendors to scope, plan, and execute IT project lifecycles from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
- Agile Facilitation: Manage 3 rd party vendors' team sprint cycles, coordinate daily stand-ups, prioritize product backlogs, and remove project blockers.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary bridge between technical resources and non-technical business stakeholders, providing clear progress reports and risk assessments.
- Component & Page Architecture: Architect, write, review and maintain clean, scalable code across modern frontend architectures utilizing static and dynamic rendering.
- Backend & API Engineering: Design, build, and optimize robust server-side applications, RESTful APIs, and data models to connect our web systems with internal databases and services.
- Workflow Automation: Build, configure, and maintain automated workflows and business logic integrations to connect core systems with enterprise applications.
- L2/L3 Technical Support: Act as the primary technical point of contact for investigating, debugging, and resolving critical application failures, layout discrepancies, and script errors.
- Root-Cause Analysis: Analyze system logs, error metrics, and database records to diagnose script failures or workflow breaks, deploying immediate hotfixes or patches.
Requirements:
- Core Web Development Stack: Frontend Frameworks: Strong proficiency and hands-on experience with Javascript, Astro.js , React.js , OR Vue.js.
- Core Web Technologies: Exceptional fundamentals in TypeScript , semantic HTML , and modern CSS (including responsive design, layouts, and preprocessors).
- Backend & Environment: Solid expertise in Node.js handling both frontend environments (build tools, bundling) and backend services (runtime, servers).
- Methodologies: Strong experience running Agile, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks.
