Technical Project Manager - Intergraph Engineering Content Management

Seeking an experienced ECM Project Manager with 10+ years of IT and Engineering Systems experience, including 5+ years managing Engineering Content or Document Management projects. The role involves implementing and integrating Hexagon Intergraph ECM, SmartPlant Foundation (SPF), and engineering data management solutions across pharmaceutical, life sciences, chemical, energy, or manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ECM deployment, configuration, and engineering document migration from legacy systems.
• Lead integrations with SAP, Documentum, SharePoint, AVEVA, CAD applications, and enterprise data platforms.
• Coordinate system testing, validation, UAT, and technical architecture alignment.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Capital Projects, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Ensure document governance, lifecycle management, data integrity, and compliance with GMP/GxP, FDA, and ISO standards.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, quality, and delivery timelines.

Required Skills:

• ECM & Engineering Systems: Hexagon Intergraph ECM, SPF, SmartPlant P&ID, SmartPlant Instrumentation, Smart 3D, AVEVA, AutoCAD.
• Integration & Data: SAP, SharePoint, Documentum, Web Services/APIs, SQL Server, ETL/Data Migration.
• Project Tools: MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Power BI, Microsoft 365.
• Preferred Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent.
