Your Mission:
The ideal candidate should have broad IT project-management experience and be comfortable working with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership. They must also have hands-on experience managing and supporting an ERP system in a production environment. Experience with IFS ERP is highly preferred, as the role will involve projects impacting the ERP and related business systems.

Technical Project Management
- Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, budgets, and priorities.
- Coordinating IT teams, business departments, vendors, and consultants.
- Managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and resources.
- Leading meetings and keeping stakeholders and leadership informed.
- Ensuring proper testing, documentation, communication, change management, and deployment.
- Holding vendors and consultants accountable for deliverables.
- Improving project-management processes and standards across the organization.
Enterprise Technology Initiatives
- Manage projects across various enterprise technology areas.
- Oversee ERP and business application implementations and upgrades.
- Manage system integrations, APIs, and application development projects.
- Lead infrastructure, cloud, and technology migration initiatives.
- Support data, databases, reporting, and analytics projects.
- Manage cybersecurity and technology risk initiatives.
- Lead process automation and digital transformation projects.
- Coordinate vendor implementations and technology partnerships.
ERP Management & Support
- Manage ERP enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and migrations.
- Work with ERP users and business teams to understand needs and requirements.
- Support the ongoing management and maintenance of the ERP system.
- Coordinate with IT teams, ERP specialists, vendors, and consultants to resolve issues and improve the system.
- Oversee ERP testing, releases, deployments, and post-implementation support.
- Understand how the ERP connects with other applications, databases, infrastructure, and reporting systems.
- Maintain ERP documentation, processes, and technical information.
- Evaluate ERP changes based on business value, cost, risk, technical feasibility, and resources.
