Technical Project Manager- Lead Design Engineer

We are looking for a Technical project manager for our Lead Design Engineering departament in Erd.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans (resources, schedule, costs) and implement corrective actions when needed;
• Coordinate risk analyses, change evaluations, and negotiations with internal/external stakeholders;
• Ensure project budget and indicators are met; prepare reports, documentation, and presentations;
• Act as the interface between project leaders, departments, customers, and suppliers;
• Define project organization, select team members, and provide technical leadership;
• Plan, implement, and approve equipment/prototype/testing units in line with requirements and standards;
• Create requirements/ specification manuals and perform calculations for bids, cost comparisons, and equipment concepts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in a technical field;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in similar position- Automotive industry;
• Experience working with equipment/prototype implementation is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Hungarian (German is a plus);
• Very good communication skills, ability to take initiative and make decisions.
