• 5–10+ years of experience managing complex technical projects or programs.
• Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Deep expertise in navigating ambiguous environments and defining structure.
• Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
