Technical Project Manager

Job Title: Technical Project Manager – Plant IT/OT Infrastructure

Key Requirements:

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and professional proficiency in English.

• Proven experience in technical project management and infrastructure delivery.

• Working knowledge of Plant IT/OT environments, PCS, and MOM/MES infrastructure.

• Strong project planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, and delivery governance skills.

• Experience coordinating technical teams, plant stakeholders, business functions, and vendors.

• Knowledge of Windows Server, VMware, Nutanix, LAN/WAN, routing, and switching.

• Experience in cutover planning, transition readiness, and operational handover.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps.

• Working knowledge of ITIL practices.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is preferred.

• Experience in plant infrastructure management is an advantage.
