Description
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, PE, manufacturing, quality, supply chain) to consolidate all necessary internal data and reporting to customer’s SQE.
- Possess deep understanding of liquid-cooling module design, including fin structure, base materials (e.g., aluminum, copper), and surface treatments.
- Familiar with manufacturing processes such as extrusion, CNC machining, brazing, and skiving.
- Define and oversee thermal performance testing, mechanical reliability tests (e.g., shock, vibration, thermal cycling), and failure analysis (FA).
- Work with quality teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure product specifications meet customer and industry standards.
- Interface with customers, and internal teams to gather requirements and present solutions. technical topics, including manufacturing process flow, FACA, fixture improvement, CPK…
- Support customer technical reviews and provide documentation as needed.
- Identify technical and supply chain risks in liquid-cooling module and 2nd-source phase-in plans.
- Optimize resource coordination to ensure successful execution.
