Technical Project Manager

Summary

The Technical Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end execution of digital and transformation projects, coordinating between product managers, engineers, and stakeholders. The role requires managing project timelines, risks, and documentation using methodologies like Agile or Waterfall and tools such as JIRA and MS Project.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end execution of digital and transformation projects
  • Align projects with business strategy, ensuring high impact and value delivery.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
  • Facilitate executive reviews and lead critical project discussions with business and technology leaders.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities
  • Monitor and control project progress, manage risks and issues, and adjust plans as needed
  • Ensure clear documentation of project milestones, decisions, risks, and changes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and ensure timely delivery
  • Provide regular project status updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders
  • Support the implementation and adherence to standardized project management practices
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team

    Qualifications-

    • Overall, 8+ years of experience in Project Management.
    • 5+ years of experience in the technology industry.
    • Proven experience in delivering technical projects such as technology upgrades, decommissioning of IT solutions, Activation of large-scale tech projects, delivery of standard techs stack such as Oracle, SAP, ERP, etc..
    • Proven experience as project manager, delivering projects without being in a leadership for the project team.
    • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
    • Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.)
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or a related field
    • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master) is a plus
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
