- Proven experience coordinating complex infrastructure migration or transformation projects in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with VMware to OpenShift migration (or a similar move to a container platform).
- Solid understanding of VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter) and OpenShift / Kubernetes concepts.
- Experience in migration planning: workload discovery, dependency mapping, readiness assessment, cutover and rollback.
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to turn technical topics into clear decisions.
- Very good English, written and spoken.
