Job DescriptionRole Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate technology and engineering projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Define project scope, milestones, schedules, dependencies, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with architects, developers, data engineers, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Manage stakeholder communication, project reviews, status reporting, and escalations.
- Coordinate onsite/offshore teams and ensure timely project delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of overall technology industry experience, including at least 5+ years leading and managing high-performing teams.
- Experience managing Data Engineering, AI/ML, application development, cloud, or digital technology projects.
- Understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, DevOps, CI/CD, and testing concepts.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and traditional project management methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or equivalent tools.
- Strong technical coordination, stakeholder management, risk management, and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with global customers and onsite/offshore delivery models.
- Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams.
