Technical Project Manager
You will track active engineering projects and maintain organized Linear workflows across initiatives. You will coordinate product, design, backend, mobile, and web work; follow up on blockers and dependencies; and provide lightweight status updates. You will identify slipping projects, bring in the appropriate stakeholders, escalate technical decisions when needed, and turn daily activity into clear next steps and ownership assignments.
Responsibilities
- Track active engineering projects and maintain Linear organization across initiatives
- Follow up on blockers across product, design, backend, mobile, and web teams
- Write lightweight status updates
- Facilitate coordination between engineering teams to prevent duplicate work and missed dependencies
- Identify slipping projects and involve the right people to get them back on track
- Escalate technical decisions to appropriate stakeholders
- Transform daily activity into clear next steps and ownership assignments
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management or coordination experience, preferably in fast-moving engineering environments
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on technical projects
- Experience coordinating between mobile and web development teams
- Familiarity with Linear, Jira, or similar project tracking tools
