Technical Project Manager
Salary: ฿85,000 – ฿120,000 per month
About the role
This is a Technical Project Manager role at the center of Pync's engineering execution. You will coordinate work across Mobile App, Backend, ML/Data, Firmware, Hardware, Connectivity, and Product Design. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that everyone understands what needs to happen, who owns it, what it depends on, what is blocking it, and when it needs to be completed. You do not need to write production code, but you should be technically fluent enough to understand engineering discussions, identify dependencies, ask the right questions, and translate complex technical work into clear execution plans.
Key responsibilities
Own and maintain Pync's engineering roadmap, sprint planning, milestones, and execution tracking
Manage engineering tasks, priorities, dependencies, and deadlines in Linear
Break larger engineering objectives into clear, trackable workstreams and deliverables
Ensure every critical engineering task has a clear owner, priority, dependency, and target completion date
Coordinate execution across backend, mobile, firmware, hardware, ML/data, connectivity, and product teams
Identify blockers early and actively follow through until they are resolved
Track critical-path dependencies that could affect product milestones or launch readiness
Work directly with engineers to understand technical requirements, blockers, and dependencies
Coordinate technical handoffs between teams and ensure required information, documentation, APIs, specifications, or deliverables are available before downstream work begins
Run engineering planning, sprint reviews, and technical project check-ins
About you
4+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Technical Program Management, Engineering Project Management, Product/Engineering Operations, or a related technical role
Experience working directly with software engineering teams
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and modern engineering workflows
Ability to understand technical architecture, APIs, backend systems, databases, mobile applications, and system integrations at a project-management level
Strong ability to identify and manage dependencies across engineering teams
Experience with agile development, sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination
Experience using Linear, Jira, or similar engineering project-management tools
Excellent organization and follow-through
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional working proficiency in English and Thai
