Real Chemistry Media
Real Chemistry Media is transforming how medical and healthcare marketers engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) and consumers through data, technology, and omnichannel innovation. Real Chemistry Media's product and technology teams sit at the heart of this meaningful work by building tools that increase impact. In support of our mission to help life-changing medicines and therapies reach their full market potential, we are building an enterprise platform for omnichannel orchestration in healthcare marketing.
Our technology enables healthcare organizations to design, deploy, and optimize HCP journeys through a scalable, self-service product that connects to their existing marketing and data systems. The platform is live with early users and on track with rapid growth milestones, so the decisions made over the next year will be influential in shaping the product's future.
We are hiring a Technical Project Manager to run delivery across the platform. Reporting to the VP, Product, you will be the person who knows where every workstream stands and what needs to happen for the team to be unblocked. This role covers software delivery for a product team, including sprints, releases, and dependencies across teams. The team is small and we're building a lot, so there are a lot of opportunities for ownership and influence.
What You'll Do:
-
Run the delivery plan for the platform, including coordinating milestones and the dependencies between teams.
-
Own Agile ceremonies and keep sprints, backlogs, and release schedules up to date and easy to access.
-
Coordinate delivery across internal teams and external partners, keeping commitments and handoffs clear on both sides.
-
Track blockers and scope changes early and drive decisions with the right people in the room.
-
Manage release coordination across environments and teams.
-
Give leadership and stakeholders a clear, current picture of status and timelines.
-
Build the delivery process as the team scales, knowing when to adjust so it can be followed by all.
This position is a perfect fit for you if:
- You are adaptable, resilient, and OK with adjusting your scope, responsibilities, and focus as we grow. When things change, so do we. We’re always evolving.
- You are proactive, driven, and resourceful with strong prioritization skills and a desire to dive into the data.
- You are highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadlines.
What You Should Have:
-
4+ years managing software delivery for product or engineering teams, in B2B or enterprise software.
-
Experience coordinating one program across multiple external vendors or partners and several internal teams.
-
Strong Agile fluency, including running ceremonies, managing backlogs, and adapting the process to the team rather than the reverse.
-
Enough technical depth to follow conversations about APIs, data pipelines, environments, and releases, and to ask the question that surfaces a risk.
-
Skill at turning an ambiguous set of workstreams into a plan people can act on.
-
Experience managing dependencies and timelines across teams you do not manage.
-
Fluency with delivery and tracking tools such as Jira, Asana, GitHub, or Linear, including keeping them accurate as a source of truth.
-
Ability to communicate status and tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
-
Bonus points for martech, adtech, orchestration tooling, or healthcare experience.
