Technical Project Manager - Retail Digital (POS)

Salary: $45k - $58k p.a.

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and delivery-oriented Technical Project Manager to lead our Point-of-Sale (POS) rollouts and integrated digital application releases across regional markets. This role owns end-to-end project planning, cross-functional execution, and stakeholder governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Build and maintain comprehensive project roadmaps and release schedules for regional POS deployments and digital touchpoints.
• System Integration & CRM Coordination: Drive seamless integration between front-line POS systems, retail digital applications, and Salesforce CRM ecosystems.
• Stakeholder Governance & Negotiation: Facilitate daily alignment and clear reporting across digital, technology, regional business, and external vendor teams. Negotiate project scope, resource allocation, and delivery timelines under changing market demands.
• Dependency & Risk Management: Proactively identify workstream dependencies, technical bottlenecks, and potential delivery risks, developing robust mitigation strategies early.
• Release Management & Go-Live: Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover execution, go-live readiness, and post-launch operational stabilization.

Key Requirements

• Technical Experience: Solid experience managing medium- to large-scale retail technology deployments, POS system rollouts, and CRM integrations (Salesforce preferred).
• Tools Proficiency: Advanced hands-on proficiency with Jira and Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira Plans, Jira Product Discovery), alongside MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Soft Skills & Leadership: Outstanding organizational habits, high attention to detail, and strong negotiation skills. Able to simplify complex technical discussions for executive stakeholders.
• Industry Background: Previous experience within retail, luxury, FMCG, or premium digital environments is strongly preferred.
