Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce implementation, development and technical delivery initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities and technical components, along with proven experience managing development teams and enterprise technology projects.
The candidate will be responsible for driving technical delivery, managing project execution, ensuring solution quality and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation, development and enhancement projects.
- Manage project planning, execution, timelines, resource allocation and delivery milestones.
- Work closely with Salesforce developers, technical architects, consultants and QA teams.
- Understand Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities and technical solution design.
- Oversee development activities involving Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations and Salesforce customisations.
- Coordinate technical discussions and ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, escalations and delivery challenges.
- Ensure adherence to technical standards, quality processes and project governance.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to internal and client stakeholders.
- Drive successful project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 10 - 16 years of overall experience in IT project management and technical delivery.
- Strong experience managing Salesforce implementation and development projects.
- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities.
- Knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, integrations and Salesforce customisations.
- Experience managing Salesforce development and technical teams.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
- Strong experience in project planning, risk management and delivery governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and client coordination skills.
