We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially focused Technical Project Manager - Associate to lead global IT initiatives and drive business process re-engineering. In this role, you will manage multiple cross-functional projects, leverage IT Governance methodologies, and partner closely with international business and IT leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute strategic project roadmaps.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional qualifications with a strong commercial focus are required.
• Experience: 8+ years of proven professional experience in project management, process improvement, and re-engineering, preferably within a large, international corporate manufacturing environment.
• Language: Advanced / Fluent English (Non-negotiable. Outstanding verbal, written, report-writing, and executive presentation skills are required).
• System Acumen: Excellent technical and business systems acumen, preferably with hands-on experience in Oracle ERP environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio & Project Management: Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Collaborate with business and IT leadership to evaluate, prioritize, schedule, and execute project roadmaps.
• Process Re-engineering: Identify and implement continuous process improvement and global re-engineering opportunities to align IT solutions with corporate objectives.
• IT Governance & PMLC Compliance: Ensure full compliance with IT Governance, Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC), and Direct Charge methodologies from initial concept to post-project review.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Direct cross-functional project teams, manage schedules, budgets, and deliverable execution while identifying and resolving technical or operational bottlenecks.
• Subject Matter Expertise & Knowledge Sharing: Become an SME in targeted business processes, preparing detailed documentation and analysis to facilitate global knowledge transfer.

Technical Knowledge & Skills (Hard & Soft Skills):

• Frameworks: Strong command of Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC), IT Governance standards, and risk management.
• Systems: Proven experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems (Oracle ERP preferred) and complex IT architectures in manufacturing.
• Leadership: Confident leader capable of motivating, advising, and coaching cross-functional team members by example.
• Communication: Ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts effectively across all organizational levels worldwide.

Compensation & Benefits Package (Above the Law):

• Direct hiring by Sanmina with an indefinite contract.
