SSC Space also has one of the world’s largest global networks of ground stations for satellite communications. We own and operate the Esrange Space Center in Kiruna, northern Sweden, with the aim of launching satellites in the near future.

We are now looking for a Technical Project Manager – Systems Engineering who shares our core values of Customer Passion, Collaboration, Care, Curiosity and Courage.
In this role, you will combine systems engineering with technical project management. You will lead projects from planning through delivery, coordinate technical disciplines, and ensure that customer requirements are translated into practical and reliable technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Leading and coordinating technical pro jects in line with contractual commitments, scope, budget, schedule and quality requirements.
- Providing technical leadership and system-level guidance throughout project planning and execution.
- Coordinating different engineering disciplines and ensuring that technical interfaces, dependencies and requirements are properly managed.
- Identifying and managing technical, commercial and schedule-related risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Building trusted customer relationships and acting as a key point of contact for technical and project-related matters.
- Managing essential project activities, including planning, progress reporting, documentation, financial follow-upand invoicing.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:- An engineering background, preferably with a university degree in engineering or another relevant technical field.
- Professional experience in systems engineering and working with complex technical systems.
- Technical knowledge within at least one relevant engineering discipline, such as mechanical engineering, software or electronics.
- Experience in project management or in leading technical work packages, projects or multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- The ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical scope, plans and deliverables.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience from the space industry or another environment involving complex, safety-criticalor multidisciplinary systems is considered an advantage.

Location
