Job Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with the objectives of the assigned projects, managing and coordinating with all interested parties. It also plays a significant role, acting as a facilitator of change processes for the Client.

We are recruiting a highly skilled Project Manager who can lead projects effectively and ensure the delivery of results within established timelines and budgets, while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Analyze the requirements of internal and external clients, set priorities, and make the necessary adjustments to meet the team’s objectives
Experience in managing multiple projects of varying sizes and capacities using traditional methods and agile methodologies
Build strong relationships between teams and key stakeholders to enable effective dialogue and teamwork across different areas
Responsible for coaching, training, and supervising team members
Responsible for measuring and improving the OKRs of the department
Ensure and maintain a high level of goal achievement and operational excellence
Focus on continuous improvement and process enhancements to increase the performance level of the area
Focused on providing the best customer experience
Responsible for presenting result reports to senior management periodically and on demand
Requirements and skills
Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
Fluent in English
Experience in project management using traditional or agile methods
Knowledge of the E-Money and Fintech services industry
Experience in banking and issuing debit and credit card systems is a plus
Experience in origination projects and international remittance requests is a plus
Knowledge of Visa/Master Card rules and regulations for BIN compliance is a plus
PMP certification or any agile methodology is a plus
Process improvement orientation and incorporation of technological tools
Leadership and coaching to achieve team objectives
Strong customer satisfaction focus, always keeping in mind that the customer comes first
Strong communication skills with clients, both oral and written
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Good interpersonal skills
