Technical Project Manager
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who is excellent knowledge of Dot Net OR Front End OR PHP technical stack along with knowledge of database design, analytical approach and project management skills. The candidate must be able to deliver multiple projects with the help of a team. The candidates must have good communication skills to communicate with the clients and in-house cross-department teams.
Requirements
Experience : 12+ years In Dot Net OR Front End OR PHP technologies
Non-Technical Skills
- Excellent Verbal/Written English Communication with client and
internal team.
- Should be having experience with managing multiple projects
simultaneously.
- Excellent on-hand knowledge about SDLC / AGILE methodology and
all its ceremonies / artifacts
- Excellent project management and team management skills.
- Positive Attitudes
- Should be able to work under pressure and motivate the team to get
expected output
- Excellent skills to interview candidates and judge based on
functional and behavioral approach.
- Ready to learn new concepts / technology
- Ability to manage good relationships with clients
- Technical expertise and knowledge on range of Web technologies
- Good Interpersonal skill
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the
flawless execution of projects
- Understands all the quality factors for project deliverables
- Ready to work with Management and Seniors for all the technical
and non-technical department.
- Excellent project estimation skills
- Should handle a team of 15-20 team members and provide all the
training and documents
- Good presentations skills
- Ready to prepare project plan and execution based on plan.
- Should prepare required documents.
- Ready to face new client daily basis.
Technical Skills
- You Should be Extremely fluent in Dot Net / Front End / PHP Technology stack.
- You Should have good knowledge in any one of following technologies Dot Net / Front End ( ReactJS / AngularJS /
VueJS ) / PHP.
- You Should be Extremely fluent in REST/SOAP APIs with JSON/XML.
- A good understanding of N-tier and Microservice architecture.
- Excellent debugging skills; able to debug complex technical
issues involving multiple system components working with developers.
- Excellent research
capability for new technologies
- DevOps exposure must
- Excellent hands on
knowledge of CI/CD Pipelines for project deliverables
