What We Need from You

  • Strong ownership and outcome orientation.
  • 3+ years of experience in product, delivery, or development team management.
  • Experience working with a live, evolving product (continuous improvements, releases, feedback loops).
  • Deep understanding of Agile principles and hands-on experience running ceremonies.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI fundamentals across mobile and desktop.
  • Technical maturity: ability to work with engineers, read API docs, and understand integration flows.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience with requirements and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong client and stakeholder management skills — driving clarity, expectations, and communication.
  • Ability to spot risks early and proactively shape plans, dependencies, and priorities.
  • Very good communication skills (spoken & written, Polish and English).
  • Curious, eager to learn, and continuously improve.
  • Comfortable working with metrics and KPIs to guide decisions.

Nice to have

  • Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner).
  • Experience in the e-commerce or integrations-heavy environment.
  • Experience in a software house / consulting setup.
  • Understanding of QA processes, test planning, or release management.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments and modern web/mobile architectures.
