You will lead end-to-end delivery for blockchain and infrastructure projects. You will translate business requirements into technical plans, manage timelines and risks, coordinate engineering and client stakeholders, lead governance communications, and maintain documentation, reporting, compliance, and delivery standards.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery across blockchain and infrastructure projects
- Manage global clients, particularly banking and financial services implementations
- Translate business requirements into technical execution plans
- Coordinate engineering teams to deliver on time and to quality standards
- Manage project plans, timelines, risk registers, and dependencies
- Lead client status updates, escalations, and governance calls
- Align internal teams with external stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Improve delivery processes
- Maintain documentation, reporting, and compliance standards
Requirements
- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field
- 6–12 years of technical project management experience
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
- Communication and stakeholder management
- Cross-functional team management across geographies
- Problem-solving and decision-making
- Jira or Confluence experience
- Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
