Position Overview
We are actively seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Proposal Writer to join our dynamic organization(s) that encompasses P3S Corporation, JV Mentor Portege and VIM Associates. This pivotal role requires a strategic communicator with a demonstrated history of developing persuasive, fully compliant, and competitively positioned proposals for federal government contracts. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing and analytical skills, the ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into clear and compelling narratives, and a proven track record of contributing to successful contract awards in the government sector.
Required Qualifications
· 3-7 years of experience writing technical proposals for government contracts.
· Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
· Strong research and analytical abilities to develop data-driven proposals.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
· Familiarity with using Artificial Intelligence for work processes.
· Experience with proposal management software and platforms, including:
o GSA e-Buy
o OASIS+ IDIQ
o SAM.gov
· Experience with graphics software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop).
· Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into compelling proposal content.

· Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) Certification (Foundation or Practitioner Level) – Preferred but not required.
