Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals and other channels.
• Screen profiles and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Technical roles.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

Requirements:

• 1 year - 5 years of Technical / IT Recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing, screening and communication skills.
• Exposure to diverse industries and Startups hiring.
• Target-driven, proactive, and quick to adapt.
