Technical Recruiter

You will lead full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, Design, and Security roles. You will proactively source and engage technical candidates, partner with hiring managers and leadership on hiring plans and role definitions, and guide candidates through a high-touch hiring process. You will ensure candidate interactions are thoughtful, transparent, and high-integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, Design, and Security roles
• Proactively source and engage technical candidates through outreach, search strategies, and networks
• Serve as the first touchpoint for technical candidates
• Communicate the opportunity to candidates
• Ensure a thoughtful, transparent, and high-integrity candidate experience

Requirements

• 2+ years of engineering, product, and design recruiting experience
• Experience scaling technical teams
• Experience aligning stakeholders on job descriptions, compensation bands, and interview processes
