About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiter Specialist to manage the recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviews and onboarding. The role focuses on attracting qualified talent, assessing candidate fit, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining an organized recruitment pipeline to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.
Requirements
Requirements:
▪︎ 1-2 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
▪︎ Hands-on experience recruiting for technical roles such as Developers, Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, Cybersecurity, ERP, and IT Support.
▪︎ Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
▪︎ Experience with ATS platforms; Zoho Recruit is a plus.
▪︎ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
