Position: IT Recruiter
Requirements:
- Junior/Medior level experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT sector
- Proven headhunting experience on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of current IT market trends and adaptable recruitment strategies
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities:
- Headhunting for IT positions and sourcing top technical talent
- Planning, organizing, and implementing the full recruitment and selection process for IT roles
- Monitoring hiring progress and tracking key metrics to optimize recruitment efforts
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand specific technical needs and team dynamics
