TECHNICAL SALES CO-ORDINATOR

Duties:

· To be customer’s main point of contact with regards to enquiries, new orders, complaints, etc

· Processing of order entry and attending to customer’s requirements

· Coordinate job schedule

· Input sales data / sales order into ERP System

· Communicate with customers regarding order status & delivery status

· Manage a portfolio of customer accounts

· Ensure On-Time-Delivery of parts to customers are met

· Prepare quotation

· Other duties assigned

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Precision Engineering or any other related fields of study

- Strong communication skills

- Meticulous and Detailed Oriented
