Technical Sales Engineer (Key Account Management) / North

Our client is a growing organisation in the Energy Solutions industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Business Development Executive (Appliances) to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in North area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage existing key accounts and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with property developers, project managers, architects, M&E consultants, etc.
• Identify and pursue new leads through cold calling, networking and regular client visits.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Conduct presentations to introduce products and solutions to customers and stakeholders.
• Act as the key contact for clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in bids and tenders for new projects.
• Coordinate project submissions, quotations, documentation and delivery schedules.
• Monitor project progress, payment status and ensure timely project completion.
• Support after-sales activities and ensure proper project handover and closure.
• Assist with sales and marketing activities, including seminars, workshops and client events.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in B2B sales, project residential sales
• Experience managing stakeholders and building relationships with clients.
• Candidates from the real estate, construction, building materials, appliances or related industries will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel to sites when required.
