Technical Sales Engineer (Penang)

Our client : End to end Embedded hardware and Software solution provider is expanding in Northern Malaysia and looking for a Technical Sales Engineer based in Penang to promote their products and solutions like embedded systems, industrial computing, and test & measurement solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales in the Electronics & Semiconductor sectors (Penang, Kulim, Northern region).
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide technical recommendations, product demos, and pre-sales support.
- Identify new opportunities and drive revenue targets.
- Coordinate with suppliers for product updates and solutions.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.
- 2 to 5 years experience in technical sales or engineering.
- Existing contacts in electronics manufacturing, semiconductor fabs, or EMS companies strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of embedded systems, industrial PCs, or electronic components is an advantage.
- Independent, driven, and comfortable with frequent customer visits.
