- **Monday – Friday:** 8.00am – 5.30pm /- **Saturday:** 8.00am – 12.30pm

## **Position Overview**

We are seeking an experienced **Technical Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Executive** to support our weighing systems and industrial engineering business. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical foundation in **Electrical & Electronics (E&E)** or Industrial Technology, a proven industrial sales background, and an established customer network.

This role combines technical knowledge, sales capability, and hands‑on site engagement.

## **🔧 Key Responsibilities**

- Manage, maintain, and expand **existing customer networks** in industrial sectors.
- Leverage own customer contacts to develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and propose weighing solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical sales documentation.
- Provide product demonstrations, technical explanations, and after‑sales support.
- Coordinate with operations team for installation, calibration, and service jobs.
- Achieve sales targets through proactive engagement and consistent follow‑ups.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and job progress updates.
- Support marketing activities, product promotions, and customer outreach.
- Ensure compliance with **Bizsafe Level 3** and **ISO 9001** standards.
- Uphold safety practices during site visits and equipment handling.

---## **🎓 Requirements**

- Diploma/Degree in **Electrical & Electronics (E&E)**, Industrial Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
- **Minimum 3 years of industrial sales experience** (weighing systems, engineering products, or similar industries).
- Strong technical understanding of weighing equipment, sensors, load cells, and industrial applications (training provided).
- Proven sales track record with ability to manage industrial clients.

- **Own customer network is a strong advantage.**
- Familiar with **Bizsafe 3** and **ISO 9001** requirements.
- Good communication, presentation, and customer‑handling skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.

## **🚗 Additional Requirements**
- **Valid Class 3 driving license**.
- **Own vehicle is an advantage** for client visits and site travel.
- Comfortable travelling to customer sites and industrial locations.
