Technical Sales Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Technical Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will develop long-term customer relationships and provide practical, reliable, and cost-effective industrial networking solutions. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to support repeat business and customer retention while identifying opportunities to expand business with new and existing clients.
• Understand customers' operational and technical requirements and recommend suitable industrial networking and automation solutions.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations, proposals based on customer requirements to facilitate timely sales transactions
• Plan and execute sales activities including client meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups to drive sales growth
• Keep up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings to provide customers with relevant solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, scheduling, and technical issues to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum Nitec or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field
• Positive attitude, self-driven, and customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable meeting customers and managing multiple accounts independently.
